All Sales Are Final

Due to the advance planning, venue reservations, staffing, transportation arrangements, and other services that begin immediately after a booking is confirmed, all sales are final. Payments are non-refundable.

Cancellations

  • Customer cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
  • No refunds will be provided for missed events, late arrivals, no-shows, or changes in personal circumstances.

Booking Changes

Venue or Event Changes

If a venue cancels an event or is unable to provide the reserved services, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your booking or offer an appropriate alternative when possible. Any refunds will be determined based on the circumstances and any amounts recoverable from third-party providers.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact us first to resolve any concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. Filing a chargeback for services that were provided or for bookings made in accordance with this policy may result in documentation being submitted to the payment processor to dispute the claim.
