All Sales Are Final

Due to the advance planning, venue reservations, staffing, transportation arrangements, and other services that begin immediately after a booking is confirmed, all sales are final. Payments are non-refundable.

Cancellations

  • Customer cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
  • No refunds will be provided for missed events, late arrivals, no-shows, or changes in personal circumstances.

Booking Changes

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact us first to resolve any concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. Filing a chargeback for services that were provided or for bookings made in accordance with this policy may result in documentation being submitted to the payment processor to dispute the claim.
